Refund and Returns Policy

*Currently, WE ARE NOT ALLOWING RETURNS DUE TO COVID-19.
Due to concerns related to COVD-19 we will not be accepting returns until further notice. These measures will help ensure your safety as well as the safety of our staff. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate you cooperation.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy last 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Items eligible for refund must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in original packaging.
Non-refundable and non-returnable items include:
- Any chemical this includes but not limited to muriatic acid. Sodium hypochlorite (liquid chlorine), or calcium hypochlorite.
- Any online orders
- All custom orders including but not limited to spa covers, pool covers, handrails
- Any opened box
- Any equipment including circulating pumps, filters, heaters, heat pumps, salt cells, lights, motors
- All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except in the event of a damaged product.
- Any pool cleaner—These are final sale
For returns
Products purchased in-store or online may be returned with the receipt or packing slip and valid ID.
